Reliance Business Technologies’ goal is to provide world-class customer support you can trust.  To that end, our customer support, technical engineering, sales, and quality assurance departments are managed jointly. That way, our entire support team is always well informed about custom-designed applications, new product functionality, upgrades, and account escalations. We also perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of client satisfaction.

Customer Service Center

Some clients seek additional levels of support. For example, their equipment or software warranties may have expired, and they want to stabilize unexpected expenses.
